Dinner for conference guest Friday 20th of September for participants who have registered and payed for the dinner upon registration.á

The restaurant offers a 3 course menu:

  • Arctic Char & Scallops
    (green peas -cheese - cauliflower ginger - mustard seeds)
  • Lamb fillet & slowly cooked Lamb shank
    (Dijon mustard - herb crust - portobello mushroom - asparagus)
  • Vanilla Parfait
    (meringues - fruits - licorice)
